Two lab buildings, perfect for 15-100+ people, totalling 115,000 sq ft (10,683 sq m). Available Q2 2025.

Three further laboratory buildings
3 Fallaize Street, 1 and 2 Thomas White Street, together providing 374,400 sq ft (34,782 sq m) NIA of prestigious and exceptional workspace from incubator space to global HQs.
480 new homes will make Oxford North a great place to live and work
Our first 317 homes are being built in the Canalside Quarter, with easy access to Oxford North's amenities, Fallaize Park, facilities and workspaces, and a short cycle ride from the city centre and Summertown.
